- Current Projects
- This play. Plus editing and rewriting all of the others listed below in "past projects". I also have a few other ideas kicking around, including a play about the people behind the scenes of a serial (like Buck Rogers) in the 1930s, and a musical using the songs of the Smiths.
- Past Projects
- Confabulation, or the Memory of Mollusks, Eucatastrophe, The Sordid Perils of Actual Existence, All Girl Band
- Achievements
- My full-length play Confabulation was a 2011 finalist at the Lark Play Development Center. Eucatastrophe won the 2009 “New Playwrights, New Plays” Competition and Kaplan Prize, and received a staged reading at Eventide Arts. My short plays Haunted and The Sick Room have been seen in theaters across the country. A Menagerie of Sorts was selected for inclusion in the 2006 Tennessee Williams Festival. My one-act Retreat was produced at the Provincetown Theater, and the Payomet Performing Arts Center commissioned my short play A Visit with a Nightingale. I wrote the book and additional lyrics for the revue All Girl Band, which was performed at the Triad Theater as a benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. A full-length collaboration with writer/director Tom Gladwell, The Sordid Perils of Actual Existence, was produced at Theater for the New City in 2007.
