- Profession
- Theatre artist: actor, writer, director, and theatre educator.
- Favorite Playwright
- Shakespeare (probably a lot of people say this!)
- Favorite Play
- Twelfth Night
- Interests
Lots of interests: Music, visual art, photography, nature walks, and very small rocks. I have a lovely 5 year old boy who takes up a bit of time and love.
When I'm not writing plays I'm in them or directing them. When not doing that I'm teaching. When not doing that I'm drawing, reading, watching TV online, walking, playing with my son, singing, talking to my hubby, writing poetry, gardening, or sleeping.- Personal Website

Professional Info
- Years of playwriting
- Well, that depends if the stuff I wrote as a child counts or not? I'd say 11 years of knowing I am a playwright.
- Current Projects
- Nothing in a firm performance commitment at the moment, but plays going out for contests and gathering inquiries for next year. I have 6 plays I'm working on at the moment and 2 are full length, so to start another full length is pretty crazy right now! But I can't resist the call of the Rhino!, Current projects:, Working on a full length Christmas Civil War play., "Star of Wonder", Working on a full length I've been working for 10 years, and am determined to finish before the year is out!, "Mine All Mine", Working on a one act about a 1932 dance marathon in WA., "Blistered Souls", Working on a one act about autism., "Hunting Dinosaurs", Rewriting a couple of 10 minute plays., "The Secret Life of Hens", "Hot Button Issues"
- Past Projects
- "The Edgar Allan Poe Radio Hour"--performed at The Driftwood Players in Edmonds, WA, "In the Shadows: Two Tales by Edgar Allan Poe"--also performed by The Driftwood Players, "Christmas Circus" performed at Baylight Dinner Theatre in Stanwood, WA, "Christmas Moon" performed also at Baylight Dinner Theatre, "Quickie" performed at Open Circle Theatre and Bumpershoot in Seattle, WA.
- Achievements
- "Quickie" chosen as one of the "Tastiest Bites" of Open Circle's Eat My Shorts 10 Minute Play Festival. Voted on by judges and audience members., Working towards a good fellowship or residency---sigh!
