We, the Delicious Doughnuts, are so excited to participate this year! We're not sure how we're going to write a play in a couple of weeks, but we are eagerly getting started!

Getting started!

Thanks for all your kind comments! I've dragged my teaching partners into this as well - Lorena and Sandra! So, all three classes are working on a play to submit. Each class is working in small groups to complete scenes in the play related to a theme. Today we started comparing narratives, which we've been studying, to scripts. We acted out a script of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, and also read a narrative to compare. The kids had a blast! Friday we will start brainstorming ideas for our scenes and being improvising to get started. Yay for plays!

Hi! I am a middle school student, and I LOOOOOVE writing. I wish my teachers would make whole classes participate! Or, better yet, classes centered around NaPlWriMo!!! *sigh* Sounds fun!

Having classrooms involved in Naplwrimo has been a dream of mine since I got it started. I'm so glad you're here and I hope you all have a blast!
