After you revise it and edit and are completely happy with it, you should start submitting your play! Or gather a group of actors to read it out loud so you can hear it! It's hugely rewarding and hearing it will help you see what's working and not working, I guarantee it...

You should be so proud of yourself for finishing your first play. This is a wonderful moment. I recall my first full play and realizing that I had finished my play--I smiled the whole time I was on a plane back to Illinois--and I hope you're smiling the same wide smile. :)

Just realised a small error, I changed one characters name in the play and forgot to change it on the characters list... "Mirriam" is actually "Martha"... SORRY!

Well here it is, my first play ever... I figured I would try my hand at a comedy because I enjoy laughing and think that laughter truly is the best medicine to deal with most of the curve balls life throws at us! Hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.Thank you for this website and for the opportunity it provides,it really is a great way of testing one's skills.I will most certainly participate again in future. Be honest but not brutal please, this is my first time doing this. Thank you. :-)
