That's all I got for a subject line. :)
So the funny story about today is this: I run several times a week and more often than not I'm thinking about writing while I run. I think well on the move and running is a great way (for me) to solve issues in a script. So I'm running along, beautiful day, letting the words run round my head and I solve a particular problem. It's an AHA moment. Of course, I have neither pen nor paper to write this AHA moment down. And my brain is such that if I don't write AHA moments down, they slowly leak out of my brain, forgotten. So now I'm running to beat the band so I can get home in time to capture my AHA.
I would run with pen and paper, but I haven't found a pair of shorts yet that accomodate thinking on the move....
and nothing written. bad day at work--in desperate need of a couple days off. Will get them starting at 2 p.m. tomorrow night.
In other news, keep on going, Rhinos!
0 pages yesterday, so I'm going to have to try for 5 today. Eep! (However, I did spend all evening yesterday composing and recording the song for the sound cues for my play going up in February. Sorta kinda counts as playwriting...right...?)
A ship in the harbor is safe, but that's not what ships are for.
oh dear. one day I will get this right. Just posted my comment under November 9. I think I'm in denial about the passing of time!

Not huge progress today, but a couple of steps further ahead. I'm not keeping up with the pace as I still can't prevent myself editing as I go, but it does mean the structure of the failed first date scene is nice and awkward. Ah, the flawed hero.

But still managed to put in three really crappy pages.
So there, cold - take that!
